Shanxi Dehui Seamless Steel Co.,LTD. is an enterprise that attracted investment from outside under the leadership of the people¡¯s government of Taiyuan. The newly-built OD 219mm hot-rolled seamless steel tube production line in the co***ny fills up the blank of Shanxi, was listed as a key industrial construction project by the people¡¯s government of Taiyuan. This co***ny occupies a land of 98 Chinese acres, invested 0.3 billion Yuan, started to prepare for the construction from early March, 2007 and went into production in March, 2009. Main products: oil casing collar, low and medium pressure boiler tube, fluid transportation tube, mechanical processing tube, hydraulic prop, petroleum and chemical tube, drill collar tube and so on., mainly used in basic fields, such as petroleum, chemistry, coal, automobile, mechanical processing, etc. The completion of this project is stimulating other industries, rewriting the tube supply history of Shanxi and becoming the main force of participating domestic and international competitions.
Shanxi Dehui OD 219mm hot-rolled seamless steel tube production line insists on high starting point and high standards, introduced the advanced perforation, tube-rolling technology in the world, equipped with perfect automation system. The main body equipment has a OD 21m regeneration ring type heating furnace, a fungus type puncher, three-roller Assel tube-rolling machine, twelve racks of three-roller micro intension diameter-reducing machines, a hydraulic pressure-locked eight-column straightener, a turbulent flow crack-***ecting machine and advanced physico-chemical testing equipment. Product specification limits: OD 108-245mm; wall thickness 10--60mm.
